Who should sell funeral plans?
Lots of people are in an ideal position to do so. Care home owners, care agencies, financial advisers, accountants, will writers, insurance brokers, former home visit insurance people. Essentially, anyone with ethics and customer services skills. The hard part of the business is finding people who are interested – maybe 10% of the population at any one time. So if you are in contact with folk of 60+ on a regular basis, adding funeral plans to what you offer can make a big difference to your income. Serious amounts of income are being earned in the industry!
If I work with you, how much control do you have?
Firstly, members don’t work for us, nor are they agents of ours. They deal direct with the funeral plan providers, once we have introduced them. We just offer background advice and support, you make your own decisions, and if you want to ignore our research, that is your call.
Your clients remain yours: once set up, you deal direct with the companies (so we don’t see your applications) and the companies pay you the full commission direct.
But if you just have one or two agencies and sell their plans, then we can help. If you have none, we can help you even more!
You can sell more plans, possibly more suitable plans, and certainly improve your income.
