Please note that we do our best to keep the site up to date, but are more concerned with keeping our advice up to date, so some parts of this site may contain out of date information, so please do not rely on it without checking with us.
Our terms of business: we have only three:
1) We make no charge for genuine enquiries from members of the public, but ask that they accept a moral obligation to go through us if they decide to take our advice. Charitable donations will be made once the refund period has passed unless the client accepts responsibility for making a refund of the donation if the discontinue the plan during the initial period. Just download the enquiry form.
2) We are happy to work with professional introducers, but any undisclosed enquiries which might be considered to be industrial espionage are subject to a fee of £1,000 per enquiry.
3) We use our best endeavours to research the funeral plan market on your behalf, but such research is inevitably in part subjective both in terms of our reviews and our understanding of your needs. It is important that you understand that we are not guaranteeing the financial stability or other features of any provider – that is the job of the Regulators.
That’s it – just be legal, honest and decent and all will be well!
Like most website operators, we collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available. Such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors to use the website.
We also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We do not use such information to identify visitors. PROTECTION OF CERTAIN PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.

If you enquire via our website and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with our products. We primarily use our site to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish anonymously it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. We take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorised access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
